Best known as one half of M.A.N.D.Y. alongside Patrick Bodmer, Jung played a central role in shaping a refined and emotionally driven strain of house music throughout the early 2000s. Through both his productions and label work, he helped shape a generation of club records balancing groove, minimalism, and melodic depth.

Founded in 2002 by Jung, Bodmer, DJ T. and Booka Shade, Get Physical Music became one of Berlin’s most influential electronic imprints, bridging house, techno, and electro through a catalogue marked by understated sophistication and strong dancefloor identity.

Among the label’s defining releases, “Body Language” by M.A.N.D.Y. and Booka Shade remains a landmark track of its era, helping establish both the label’s international profile and the long-running Body Language compilation series.

Beyond M.A.N.D.Y., Jung remained active across multiple projects and labels, including Kindisch and METAPHYSICAL, while continuing to expand the Get Physical catalogue in recent years.

His influence extended far beyond individual releases, leaving a lasting imprint on two decades of underground club culture and contemporary house music.
