Carl Cox returns to [UNVRS] for sixteen Sundays between 21 June and 4 October, with extended open-to-close performances scheduled for both the opening and closing parties. The residency follows a debut season that established Sunday nights as a fixture within the venue's weekly programming, built around marathon sets and carefully curated lineups reflecting Cox's approach to house and techno.

My first year at [UNVRS] was incredible. Spending 14 weeks back on the island after so long, and picking up where I left off with Space, felt like coming home. I want my involvement in clubland to leave a legacy, to share the love of music, and there was no better place to do that.
- Carl Cox
The 2025 season positioned Cox's residency as a ritual defined by extended performances that stretched into daylight hours. The booth welcomed artists including The Chemical Brothers, Paul Kalkbrenner and Maceo Plex, alongside back-to-back sessions with PAWSA and The Martinez Brothers. Skepta and his Más Tiempo collective occupied Wild Comet on select dates, adding breadth to the overall programming. Industry recognition followed: Best Ibiza Party at the Vicious Music Awards, DJ of the Year at the Golden Moon Awards, and parallel accolades for [UNVRS] as Most Innovative Nightlife Project and number one club by the International Nightlife Association.
Cox's approach remains rooted in principles established across decades: three-deck mixing, hybrid performances, real-time improvisation, and a sustained commitment to vinyl and underground culture. His presence on Ibiza carries historical weight—synonymous with the island's evolution as a global electronic music destination—yet the residency positions itself as contemporary rather than retrospective, utilizing [UNVRS]'s infrastructure to frame established methodology within current club architecture.

This year I’ll be back for a longer 16‑week season. I’ll be doing the opening and closing parties just myself, pure Carl Cox at [UNVRS]. But in between there’ll be lots of amazing DJs joining me. We’ll be asking some of the DJs from this year to come back, and we have lots of new DJs coming through which I'm really excited about. Plus we have some really special guests planned too, which I can't disclose at the moment.
- Carl Cox
For 2026, the programming expands to include guest artists selected for their alignment with Cox's sonic identity, balancing established figures with emerging talent. The residency operates within The Night League's broader creative framework, where [UNVRS] functions as a venue designed for artists with defined musical perspectives and dancefloor-focused practice.
Sunday nights at [UNVRS] continue as a space where Cox's influence—spanning genres, generations and technological shifts—finds expression through extended performances and communal experience. The residency reaffirms both artist and venue within Ibiza's evolving landscape, where longevity and relevance remain distinct yet interconnected considerations.
Tickets for Carl Cox residency at [UNVRS] running every Sunday 21 June and 4 October 2026 are already available on sale now on unvrs.com.
