Sam Divine returns to Ibiza this summer with a project that signals both evolution and return. For the first time, the British house figure introduces her 555 concept to the island, taking over Cova Santa across four carefully selected dates — 13 June, 22 August, 16 September and 23 September.

The residency marks a dual milestone: her first headline Ibiza residency and the debut of 555 on the island. More significantly, it positions the project within a context that aligns naturally with its philosophy — a space removed from the excess of large-scale clubbing, where intimacy and connection remain central.

So many years playing and building on the island. From handing out mixtapes in the west end to Defected resident playing all over the island and now my VERY OWN RESIDENCY at one of the most magical spots on the island. It feels like everything is aligning exactly how it is meant to be.

Unlike the island’s larger institutions, Cova Santa operates on a more human scale. Its architecture, natural surroundings and sonic precision create an environment where the relationship between DJ and crowd remains direct, unfiltered.

For this residency, each date will feature line-ups personally curated by Sam Divine, drawing from the extended 555 network alongside artists whose sound aligns with its ethos. The intention is not to assemble names, but to build a cohesive musical journey — one that evolves organically throughout the night.

From Defected Roots to Personal Vision

Sam Divine’s trajectory within house music has been defined by consistency and authenticity. From her early days in Ibiza as part of the Defected Records street team to becoming one of its most recognisable ambassadors, her rise has been grounded in a genuine connection to the genre.

Over the years, she has headlined major clubs and festivals worldwide, developing a reputation for energetic, feel-good sets that resonate across audiences. Yet 555 represents a shift in focus — a move away from scale towards intention.

It is not a reinvention, but a refinement. A project that channels years of experience into something more personal, more controlled, and ultimately more aligned with the essence of house music itself.
