Since its inception in 2017, the residency has played a central role in shaping the identity of Saturdays at Hï Ibiza. Grounded in Afro house and Afropolitan musical sensibilities, Black Coffee’s approach privileges atmosphere, emotional depth and long-form narrative over immediacy, positioning the dancefloor as a space of gradual immersion. The Theatre becomes a setting where tradition and innovation intersect, drawing an international audience attuned to music as a transformative experience.

Beyond the club, Black Coffee’s influence extends across music, fashion and social engagement. A GRAMMY® Award winner for Subconsciously, he has collaborated with artists ranging from Drake to Alicia Keys, while maintaining a strong commitment to education and inclusion through the Black Coffee Foundation. His broader cultural impact was recognised in 2025 when Billboard named him African Power Player of the Year.
For 2026, the residency introduces renewed production and visual direction, continuing a long-term collaboration with The Night League. More than a sequence of dates, Saturdays at Hï Ibiza remain a sustained dialogue between artist, venue and audience—one that continues to define the emotional and musical landscape of Ibiza.
Tickets for Black Coffee residency every Saturdays at Hï Ibiza from 2 May to 3 October are already available on sale now on hiibiza.com.
