Boiler Room streaming platform has been sold by ticket-selling company DICE to Superstruct live music giant company in a major music industry move.
Superstruct Entertainment, a major player in the European live music industry, has acquired Boiler Room, the UK-based electronic music livestream platform, from independent ticketing company DICE which originally purchased Boiler Room in 2021 following a $122 million Series C funding round.
Since then, the ticketing platform has raised over $200 million, including a $65 million investment led by MUSIC in August 2023. Superstruct Entertainment is an european live entertainment giant that owns and operates over 80 music festivals across 10 countries in Europe and Australia.

Founded by Blaise Bellville, Boiler Room broadcast events across 120 markets in 2024, and reports to have reached over a billion views online. The CEO explained that they're excited to be partnering with Superstruct for this new growing chapter as the company celebrate 15 years.
In addition, DICE will remain the official ticketing partner for Boiler Room while the company will continue operating under its current leadership while benefiting from Superstruct’s global expertise and resources to expand its platform.
This acquisition underscores the growing consolidation in the live music and streaming industries, blending Superstruct’s event portfolio with Boiler Room’s digital innovation as Roderik Schlösser' Superstruct’ CEO explained, stating that the partnership align both companies mission to celebrate and amplify cultures through creativity, collaboration, and live entertainment.
