Taking place 11-15 August 2016 at The Garden Resort, Tisno in the most idyllic corner of Croatia’s beautiful Adriatic coast, Defected Croatia 2016 will see a diverse selection of world-class DJs playing both beach and main stages, with daily boat parties all adding to a unique outdoor clubbing experience.
The first phase line-up comprises a stellar cast of established and up-and-coming house talent, including Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), Dennis Ferrer, Julio Bashmore, Kenny Dope, Roger Sanchez, Guti (Live), Nick Curly, Osunlade, Noir, Riva Starr, Sandy Rivera, Tube & Berger, Sonny Fodera, Sam Divine, Franky Rizardo, &Me, Adam Port, David Mayer, Purple Disco Machine, John Morales, ANOTR, Dario D’Attis, Eli Escobar, Fred Everything, Worthy, Luke Solomon and Simon Dunmore as revealed on the following video.
Amongst the full festival programme, Defected In The House, Strictly Rhythm, Glitterbox, Classic and DFTD will host a range of different stages and events throughout the festival, boasting the finest superstar house artists, underground DJ talent and the highest standards of production that have been a staple of Defected parties over the years.
The Garden Resort is a truly unique setting for a festival and boasts a range of venues. The Main Stage will showcase headline artists from around the globe and is set in a tree-lined area of parkland just a short stroll away from the shores of the Adriatic. With waves lapping right up to the dancefloor and stunning views out to the islands, the Beach Stage provides a magical experience for DJs and festival-goers alike.
The legendary outdoor nightclub Barbarella’s Discotheque gives revellers the chance to experience what is today an almost unique opportunity: to dance under the stars until sunrise. Finally, twice-daily boat parties will be hosted aboard the good ship, Argonaught, an infamous old wooden vessel that will play host to unforgettable parties afloat.
