Laidback Luke Feat. Trevor Guthrie - Let It Go

Renowned Dutch DJ/ producer and all round dance music royalty Laidback Luke has is releasing today “Let It Go“, featuring the vocals of Trevor Guthrie, the new track is available now, and is also the first single released from his exciting and highly anticipated new album “Focus“

“Focus” aims to act as a time capsule around the current climate of dance music, as perceived through Luke’s own eyes and ears. Containing a wide range of musical styles all under the umbrella of electronic dance music – “Focus” will be out November 6th.

Heart-pumping from the very start, “Let It Go” journeys through a whirlwind of electronic beats and melodies in true Laidback Luke style. The gentle layering of synths and punchy piano chord progressions marry perfectly with the stunning vocals of Trevor Guthrie, climaxing to a catchy and anthemic chorus that is set to captivate the crowds. The longevity of Luke’s career is one to be admired. After 20 years of DJing and producing, experimenting with different genres, and inspiring and collaborating with the likes of Steve Angello, Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Martin Solveig as well as scores of his own Mixmash label mates – his ubiquitous status in the electronic music domain remains strong.

This summer saw the Mixmash Records pioneer deliver his legendary performances to some of the biggest Ibiza venues and headlining festivals including Creamfields Festival and Tomorrowland, Belgium. His new album will undoubtedly set the dance music world alight, so what better way to introduce it than with “Let It Go” ’s explosive 3 minutes of raver’s delight?

Released on Mixmash Records, “Let It Go” is out now on Beatport.
