The club & venue streaming service has post a job offer on his website searching for a “VR Venue & Account Manager” based in London. Boiler Room explaining to currently "building the world’s first virtual reality venue", in partnership with VR specialists, Inception. The job offer specifies that the service is set to be launch in early 2017.

Boiler Room explaining to currently "building the world’s first virtual reality venue", in partnership with VR specialists, Inception. After broadcasting numerous DJ sets through different clubs around the world, Boiler Room is today evolving its strategy with the acquisition of a venue to create their own space for broadcasting virtual reality immersive concerts. We can easily announce the upcoming opening of a 360° cameras equipped' venue to broadcast parties and offering a deeper immersion for the spectators through the possibility of watching everything inside the club.

In order to supervise the whole of this new project, Boiler Room is searching for someone with an established venue managing experience and very comfortable with numbers to lead and manage the project. A direct experience of property fit out and audiovisual content would be a bonus for the person which will design, fitting out and license an iconic new London venue and then helping to put on a packed schedule of immersive shows.
Responsibilities includes overseeing the fit-out of the venue, from planning through to execution – including the provide of services and materials to complete all aspects of the construction such as audio visual, furniture, etc. But also managing all planning and licensing applications needed to establish and run the venue, such as health & safety.
This person will be designated premises supervisor (managing staffing operations operations for front-of-house, security, cleaning & maintenance, bar management) and also owning the relationship the landlord, local authorities etc. The offer shall state that the manager will work closely with the production and sales teams of Boiler Room and Inception to plan a schedule of events and support with all events and broadcasting production planning.
